Hehe the fish, yes he is good at fish keeping. But there isn't alot about this fish on google, just the normal temp, food, condition information. Has any-one had any problems with these? Are they known to do any-thing bad?

I assumed that I'll see what Bunnings and Mitre 10 Mega have, I might be able to wip some-thing up through them. Thanks heaps Carol, its given me a brilliant idea.

So I guess instead of getting a little gadget a long hose should probably do the trick, I never have problems with the speed of the tanks emptying, which is good.

I can run the hose in to the tank (if I get a new hose) its just the siphoning in to buckets thats hard, because of were the drain is out-side I have to walk down a bank type thing, its hard to explain.

:lol: The hose has to travel from the top of my tank, around 5.5ft high, straight across the floor then about 3 meters outside onto concrete.

Thats what I thought, thats the reason I like see-through hoses. Can you buy see thorugh hosing in big lenths?

hehe ok, do you guys siphon a actual *4 meter* lenth hose etc though. My hose is 4 meters, how would I siphon that.
