  1. I talked to the teacher today about that issue. He said that what I have done is fine, but at the end I can just state what I should have done to make my research more accurate, which would be to have just surveyed people from Blenheim. For the part where it says "Distance: How far is it from the tourists' destinations to their homes?" I will go through the survey and look try and match everyone's names to their location on their profile, and anyone who's name I don't know who has a different username to their real name I will just post on here and you can say "It's me!" and then I'll be able to get your location I'll probably print the survey off tomorrow in class and then get cracking with everything. Again, thanks for all the help guys!
  2. By local people I assumed it meant as in they live in NZ, not people from overseas who travelled on holiday NZ. I hope I haven't stuffed up this whole survey  :slfg: Wouldn't be the first time I misread something...  I will send my teacher an email and ask him about it.
  3. Yep. We needed to survey people for the assignment Most people just asked everyone in class but I thought it would be easier to do an online survey because it's quicker.
  4. Thanks for your help everyone. I really appreciate it Here's the assignment:
  5. That is horrible :tears: I feel so gutted for you. I know it's probably not of much help, but I have plenty of Lumbriculus if you ever need any more.
  6. Hey guys, I have this assignment about holiday destinations for geography. I have made a survey on SurveyMonkey and it would be a huge help if anyone would be willing to answer it http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZRVY389 Thanks Joe

  13. Awesome shots, thanks for sharing It's great to know that there are still rivers out there that aren't choked by algae and still have good plant growth.
  14. You don't need to pull plants out to trim them. And maybe having natural wood or rocks would help too since they don't get as dirty as ornaments and they look much better. When you go shopping, remember to choose things that are easy to care for. Java fern, Limnophila sessiliflora, Indian fern and Amazon sword plants are a good start. You could also get some Saggitaria or moss too.

Disgustipated I whole-heartedly agree with your opinion I wonder how Christians would like it if I went round putting signs up saying "Christianity is stupid and wrong". I'm sure they wouldn't take it too well. While I agree that people are entitled to their opinions, publicizing it by spreading pamphlets, over a purely private matter such as being gay, is wrong IMO. Gay marriage will not affect religious people. They can simply just choose not to go to gay marriages or not associate with gay people if they think that it's "wrong". But they have no right to tell people not to be gay. Just the same as people have no right to tell me that I have to like sport, or I can't like a certain type of music etc. I think it's great that the government is legalizing gay marriage, because not allowing it is discrimination.
  17. Oooooh wow the Anthias and Copperband are gorgeous! !drool: You are making excellent progress with this build. I absolutely love the sleek rimless design. Keep up the awesome work
