you only can have one severums to tank is that the truth or can you have moro. of diffant color dont tell the wife about parrot fish.she reaily whant me to get one i dont like them at all :evil: so any other suggest.or something school fish.must be color not white that not go to get eat my the oscars or the graint gourami???

ive hear that tinfoil barbs get very aggressive and atack when they get fully growen. :evil: cichlids sone a better choice.so on that note what a highly colorful cichlids i can have????

ive just pursches a new tank with sump 2200*600*600 what flow rate will in need to fillter this tank.the sump is 800*600*600 with a tower as ive allways had canners filters.also it going to have two oscar white /gaint gourami /sailfin pec/goldspot pec.can i put anything thati can use as a scavaveng to pick food that they miss.all idears will be helpfull. i whant to decorating the back of the tank any idears : .as i cant have plants in there as the gourami eats plants :evil:

iv got gourams and over the years iv had some die. they stest out reaily easly.with out any sigh.

it should be find at half full.but you can add more if like.how many tray is it one or two

yes.spraybar helps with water movement over a wider aera but a pain when you got fish that breed at the surface.

yes the inlet is the water into the filter.the outlet is one that return back to the ttank.some cannister have it on the filter which is inlet and outlet on the filter.

ive got two cannister filters on my five foot tank.i clean one every six months so i dont upset the biologicol system in the tank.tow prime the fillters when finsh cleaning the filter and reassy i fill the filter up with water before hook up the hose back up.start.some times when refulling the tank with the hose in put the hose up the inlet to prime the filter.

what are killie.what do they look like.will they fish eat them as my trying to find tank mates for a graint groummare and two albaino orcas in a 1000l tank.1800*700*1000h.also has two large plecs sailfin/goldspot .

ive got a wood stand thats 1800*700 top i whant to put a tank on it not that flat for a glass tank.so i can built a tank out of ply will be safer.i would like around 1000 l mark.it all ready got a 500l sump under the stand.

iv got b/n.iv had them in a cold water tank with gold fish before.so to kill one is very hard.ive got some in my turtle pond which is out side.it must being some thing they ate.my breeding pair being in tank freshly set wtih out a probley.one of my males hes coming up to seven years old and he be though hell and back.

i had a bgf when he got to 300l he eat all my tetras.they were there when i went to bed but in the morning all gone.a lesson was learn do trust a bgf with any small fish.

has any one built a ply tank before.iv got a grumpy gourami he needs a bigger tank.say 1800*700*700 at lest.
