    being a carnivore probably wont eat peas may not be swim bladder, the constipation thought maybe right or has eaten an old piece of food and has build up of gas how often have you had this issue before sorry i can't help good luck

    another option is nylon fishing line strung tight in a 30cm grid pattern just under the water level not easy to do with a plastic pond liner though the pond looks good
