    So what parts are they supposed to have? :-? I bought a 1000lph one for $20 and i think its missing something. The motor goes, but theres no suction. Bought it for the puffer tank, but iy didnt go, so had to use a internal.

    No, but why would i use water conditioner? Its out on hussey road, just down the road from willowbank, Its a long drive from my house, but it was worth it.

    They also have some checkerboard cichlids for $20 each, which i would have got 3 of instead of the puffers if i had of seen them first :lol:

    Tank IS newly setup, but the filter WAS fully cycled, and water used from the same tank (im doing daily 5L waterchanges for the first few weeks ) Did do a waterchange before hand to try get rid of the murkyness, only got a bit clearer, but now the tank is almost fully clear

    They are still in the bag.. Will they be alright to go in if the water is a bit murky, the murkyness is only from the gravel not being rinsed properly

    Yep When they are sexable, If i have 1 male, 3 females i will try bred them in that tank, if i get 2 male, 2 female, i will split up to 2 tanks, If i get 3 males 1 female, or 4 males, thats just going to peave me off! :lol:

    But i think the 70-80L tank should be fine, and if i end up with more than one male, i will sell, or swap for females, because i heard males get aggro with each other. The tank will be 80cm and 30 tall, and will have Heaps of rocks and tunnels etc, and hidey holes in the background

    Well they were imported, then kept in quaranitine for 6 weeks! so they must have been imported as tiny tiny fish!

    So, i picked up 4 today! They are only 1cm, so they are in a 30L tank atm, until i make the long 70 L with a background. Still quite a few left, Get there soon oif you want them, only $14 each

    Should be alright, the 2 of those fish are moving enough during the night to be safe from apple snails

    It is the fish.. Not growling, But i did see some aggression from one of the jewels. Also the Water requirements are rather different. Also, why was it still listed as borelli?
