  6. Tank is only 50cm, and there is nothing sprayed up here or any pollutant i can think of. We are a completely smokefree house.
  7. If i cooled the area the tank is in(the space in the cabinet) would that have any affect on the tank temp?

  11. Dwarfs are complelty freshwater, No salt in this house  Yet  So is it best to have the fan on the glass or surface? Cheers
  12. Axolotls arent liking it one bit, and i gotta go buy a fan for my dwarf puffer tank, getting too hot. Good day to dig a hole for the pond though
  13. I like to use as little power as possible  and its hotter up there now than 5pm :-?
  14. So the dwarf puffer tank is in a cupboard under a comunity tank, the tank above is around 28 usually, today at 32, i couldnt do anything to lower it, all hardy fish, neons, female bettas, plecos etc. But the puffers are quite sensitve, they too got up to 30, so ive decided i need to setup a automated fan or something. Would a fan on a thermostat work? Ifso what kind of thermostat would be appropriate? the tank needs to be at 25ish. Im also buying a quality heater for the tank to keep the temp right, any recommended brands? ThankInAdvance
  15. If you dont get rid of it it wont last too long
  16. Maybe its supposed to be Gree, spotted as in its green and has spots?
  17. The ones you realy want are South american Puffers. They say although puffers are not for comunity tanks, if one was to be put in one these would be the best ones to use
  18. Yes realy And greenspots are one of the most commonly imported puffer Does it look like this? http://www.allensaquariums.com/puffer/p ... Puffer.jpg Best move it on before you get to attched ae? Wont be too hard to find someone with tank of them he could go to.
  19. Ok thats cool, But if the spotted is a greenspot you will have tomove it on, They are a brackish fish untill they get bigger then they go to full marine.
  20. So you going brackish? :-? Whats the spotted puffer? Greenspot? Ifso they rent FW, and f8s are better suited to BW too. BTW whered you get your Chromides? And what species are they?
