i was told 1 inch of fish per Gallon.

Thanks to Caryl i now hav some dwarf sag. And the water is for some reason still dirty,Maybe i have to start again :-? Now, for fish i was thinking maybe 3-6 Cardinal Tetras and a few Corys or something similar. Would i be able to have a few panda corys, as io already have some of these? Or will they need a bigger tank?

Heres a bad photo of the tank: The tanks still a bit cloudy :-?. At the moment Its running a elitemini filter that will most likely be made into a diy cannister filter and have another elite mini in my main tank that i will use in here. And it only has a few small plants and pieces of wood from other tanks around my house.I am also going to make a small mesh wall. I will be using liquid ferts and maybe some under gravel JBL balls.

Cool, i will be starting the making of the stand tomorrow So i will hopefully have the tank setup in the next week and a half.

They have the aquatic mix at bunnings, but the dont have the propergating sand.

Anyone got any Small sword plants they could spare for this tank like Echinodorus tenellus or Lilaeopsis brasiliensis or other small plants like dwarf sag or hairgrass?

i have 2 uv cold cathodes bought for my pc, WOuld i be able to use these?

Can you keep only one Discus in a community tank?With other fish like tetras, BN cory whiptail and BGK? I know most people usually have them in groups but i have seen some nice pics of tanks with one discus in planted communities as a Main attraction type fish.
