i will be getting in contact with the pet shop. i was going to send them an email but cant find a website for them. we will se how we go. a very upsetting day for my partner and i as we spent a few hours last night getting up feeding him, keeping him warm etc.

sadly we lost the lil guy at 10am this morning. went down hill in 25mins, he was up, alert, climbing all over his cage. then he sat down, tryed to feed him some more and he passed in my partners hands

thanks barrie. forgot to say we have a few love birds so he isnt alone, atm there is 8 birds in the house 5 are love birds

a quick update made a box into a little nest put it into our room with a heater on and made it nice and warm, he is still alive and looking better. we spent about an hour just getting some food into him. was a long night of worry. im going to ring the place that we got him from and talk to them today as well.

Hi all. my partner got a blue masked love bird from a very well knowing pet shop in aickland (not going to name names as that dosent fix anything) any way we got the bird on tuesday afternoon and within 48 hours we have almost lost him, was told it was a young bird weened about 2-3weeks ago and living in an avairy with about 40 odd love birds. we got home after and i thought he was dead on the floor of the cage (1st thing we do is check on our pets food water etc) partner picked him up and there was a little bit of movement so we rushed down to living art and he has told us every thing that we can do to try and save him. he was very VERY thin, we got him eating a bit of hand rasing mix and have now got him in a warm box in our bed room. its been so stress full and up seting. hope he makes it threw the night. will keep every one up to date. yea not where your dog calls home, even the bed room as it is still where he lives even if he dosent go into that room. take them both down to the park would be good. are you going to creat train her at all?? also you will need to be strong with her if she has bull mastiff in her, the bull mastiff is an awesome dog, but can be head strong.

food, if ou can get it onto some good puppy food, hills or eukanuber. (sp) both really good foods, there is others as well, dont go for the cheap stuff it ends up costing more because you are feeding more. when you introduce you new pup to ur older dog do it in a neutral place. that way your older boy wont get upset with a new girl on the block, etc. any way congrats on the new pup. now all we need is pics

got some good news for ya guys. please let us know when you are comming, i need to move some stuff around and set up a bed. i dont have any sheets or pillows so if rockwork can bring sleeping bags or something like that. oh and the other advantage is that its only a 2min walk down to livingart.
