y don't you go as a ginga?? its a very easy set up then... just wear what ever cloths u want to and get some temp hair colour and make it orange, and then your away... you could also add some freckles for good measure

yes for the size of the tank i have a large bio load. really should put up a pic of the other side, sadly im not at home for a few days so no pics atm, mite be able to get an older pic for ya tho, will c what i have on the laptop. thank you the lights really make it look alot different

4ft tank and 4ft sump, about 550-600L, but will be adding a frag tank so that will be another 200 odd Litres

i have just installed the skiminator on my system (got it off OceanDose) so throught i would share some pics of its new home. here is a link to when OD first unleashed the beast http://www.nzmas.co.nz/site/viewtopic.p ... skiminator it has only been going about an hour in these pics so still needs to break in over the next few days to week. due to the size of it i got a new sump made sepcs 120cm long, 60cm wide, 40cm high (water sits at 30cm high) so thats about 200L sump + the volume of the skimmer at about 100-120L Pics

or you can get one from nz from most petshops, except that have a picture of a rabbit on them, put them on there smallest size and the should fit and adult beardie jst fine, have tryed it on half a dozen different beardies

Hi all as most pregnant ladies have seen there is now a test that tells you the sex of your baby, well i did some research on how this works, so why pay the $135 to get one, when most if not all fish people have what is needed at home. my partner is pregnant and we are getting out 20 week scan soon to find out what we r having, but throught we would put this to the test, and then check it against the scan. so for all you pregnant fish keepers out there get a pH test kit and test you Pee and if you hav acid = girl (orange yellow) and if your alkine = boy (green/blue) If you get the result girl your most likely having a girl. but theres still 20-30% which it may be the wrong result. for best results only drink water for the day before you test you pee as if you drink heaps of coke your pee will be acidic. if your going to have a sexing scan as well its only something fun to what result you get. but as with every thing its not 100% i got my partner to do it last night and we got a boy result, so now we r waiting 3 more weeks till we get a scan will get back to you then to see if it was right.
