  1. I actually found bio really hard There was no time at all to think about the answers and the questions weren't like the practice exams or anything :-? I don't know why everyone says NCEA is so easy, we don't have the priveledges like getting multichoice or anything like School C and I find it really hard personally  How did everyone else find bio??
  2. Just did schol chem. It was impossible!! Ran out of time for a question worth 8 marks out of 40 Ohwell one down, 8-10 to go, depending on which schol papers I do  BTW lmsmith how do you mean that my courses don't stream line? Doesn't the conjoint option allow you to do completely different courses together in 4 years minimum?? Are you saying you think mine will take 5 years to complete??
  3. Well the pranks were awesome, and ranged from egging the place to gladwrapping classrooms and students and putting the school up for sale  Oh and some kids (not including me) streaked through the school  We got kiced out after first period 8) Anyway back on topic, I am planning on doing a BSc majoring in Biology and specialising in Environmental Science (and making up the rest of my papers to complete the ecology specilisation) conjoint with a BComm majoring in Management and international business at Auckland Uni. I don't really know the reason behind my choice but it does allow me to cover a huge range of subject areas I am considering medicine but think that the above course is the way to go ATM
  4. For those of you who thought NCEA is easy, apparently the cambridge system is way easier. They are meant to give you the answers before the exams and you get heaps of 'study leave'
  5.  about the pranks. Its going to be an awesome day tomorrow I bet  Wow you guys all did really well in your exams, what was your secret?? Did you do any of the practice papers at all?? :-?
  6. Slighlty off topic but have you guys organised a prank yet for your last day of school?? We are doing all sorts of things
  7. BTW its because of Level three that I haven'ty been on here much at all this year, the internals were HEAPS of work!! All good though, thanks to them I have 39 'E' internal credits and 3 unit standard credits so can afford a few 'A's' and 'N's' in the coming externals
  8. Havn't started my study yet  I've got: Level three chem- 4 papers Level three bio- 4 papers Level three physics- 4 papers Level three science- 3 papers Level three stats- 4 papers Level three english- 4 papers Scholarship biology Scholarship chemistry Scholarship science (and I've been put down for Scholarship physics and english as well but don't think I'll sit those, I did ask for them to be cancelled :-? ) Does anyone know if 'not achieves' now show up on the record of achievement?? Hope not!!

    Faulty heater!

Hey Caper, Yeah the same thing has happened to me aswell, twice , I put the heater in one of my tanks and it just stayed on and heated the water up and up, fortunately I noticed this so didn't put the fish in that tank. It also happend in our turtle tank, the thermostat broke and when we came back from holiday we saw the water BUBBLING ( ) and the turtles all together on the rocks. Hope you fish are alright
  12. ...Spend the rest on alcohol...
  13. Are white albino axolytols rare or something? What sort of price do they go for each? I might know of someone with one or two...
  14. It is a good argument I thought albinolism is a lack of all DARK pigment, so provided the pigment consists of light colours and the eyes are red it is albino. Having said that, I still think you are right because as you say birds like this are lutino. So albino guppies with red bodies etc and red eyes aren't albino at all??? Whatever they are they are still awesome!! 8)
  15. Cheers for that, will do a search for the DOC website
  16. Does anyone know? If they are required how much roughly are they to get, are there any ongoing costs and visits and what are the requirements of getting a permit 8) Thanks
  17. Varanophile, the more you drop your price on these albino frogs the more I am willing to buy I'm sure you will make your money back on them, there is a bit of interest for them I think
  18. AWESOME!! Amazing photos and awesome colours Did you manage to find these tadpoles in the wild or did you get them from someone?

  20. BTW thanks Varanophile, will be in contact with you
  21. Hi, sorry about the trademe link, I thought you guys have no problems with it as it is helping someone out and not there to force a sale or anything (besides the auction has expired). Anyway if you decide to sell I am just a PM away
  22. I think what I wrote is right, heres the link: mod = warren: Trademe link removed!!!!!! If you have a spare albino around i'll be happy to buy it off you 8)
  23. Check the expired listing for that leucistic frog, I explained it in the questions and answers
