We must be going out in sympathy - had a 5.3 90km south of us just after four today - there was one in the same area yesterday at 5.1. The Aussie guy in our office was on the phone instantly to his wife to see if she was ok, I think he was rather bemused at the flippant remarks we made about him having a panic.

They are little piggies - I have some that are not even half grown that managed to mow down 40 odd newly born guppy fry - they are living in the sump now as pennance :-?

Do you have any idea of how much destruction that would cause Cat flailing around in tank in blind panic = most tank contents dislodged and water everywhere + wet cat running around with pissed off look on face.

There was a lot of investigation into quake proofing buildings that sat on rubber that flexed with the movement, rather than being rigidly braced - not dis-similar to engine mounts, I suppose. So ID might be onto something there, would allow for some movement but not to topple over Two of my shelves (Hammer Lock) are bolted together in an L shape in an effort to try an prevent them toppling over - also in case kids decide they need to climb them to look at fish :-?

Nice tail KP Mine usually look like someone has taken a few munches out of the tail and are not very even, others just have more of a ribbon edge. I cannot recall any females with these tails, so could it only be a boy thing? Where are the guppy geneticists when you need them?
