Hi PP can be bought off trademe as condys crystals. Its used to darken horses coats i think. Glosso canbe slowly acclimatised to tank conditions, but alot of people just chuck it straight in and it takes off....

YAY! my marbled sword has finally started sending them up and out of the water!!!! :lol: I took this pic just before. The closest leaf (the newest one) hit the surface 3 days ago, and since then hasn't stopped going up! The others just stick out of the water a little bit, then go back in again. This plant has a runner with 3 babys on it now, and you can see another runner just poking out of the water!! 8)

Sweet. Positive ID, thanks guys I payed $32.40 for this little sucker (that was after a 10% discount of course 8) ) so im quite rapt with that!! It is only a baby though at around 4cm. I wouldnt mind getting some more sometime. It was toss up between this one and a pitbull pleco, but the pitbull's were very small so i decided to get this one. The pitbulls were $19.50 Thanks

hehe they are cool fish, have lots of personality i find (well mine do anyways!) they will breed VERY easily without any help, And they look after the babys VERY well. Good luck with them! p.s. My female is in my avatar <-----

I have a pair of kribs in my community with harlequins and pencilfish. You would be sweet to have them with guppys and platys, but dont expect any babys to survive My kribs have fry ATM and dont attack the other fish, just give them a slight push away when they get too close

yea I've had a play around in photoshop but cant get it to do borders like hazaras ones. The picture is still there, but is darker and distorted...

Temperature of tank and fish activity level

I had a heater stick on in my Altum angel tank and when i found it the tank was on 32 degrees. The fish were SOOO active it was amazing. I have kept the temp at about 29-30 since then 8) -
