Congratulations eben :bounce: But you did do something....you gave them the correct conditions which allowed them to spawn. I say well done, give yourself a pat on the back

I have done exactly that. I've found that few of my digital thermometers are accurate and they vary in their inaccuracy. I have one that reads 3.5 degrees low at 26 degrees and another that reads 2 degrees high at 26 degrees. Most are within a degree so close enough for me. The floating glass type are more trustworthy IME.

I haven't kept Angels so this will need to be confirmed but I think the parents will remove any bad eggs. -

This year will be my first time off in 8 years. I finish work on the 23rd and return 18 Jan. I'll be going to the folks for Christmas lunch, visiting my brother and his family in Timaru on Boxing day and the rest of the time will be taken up with a fishroom build :bounce: -
