  1. Animates can almost definately get hold of them. Part of the Exo Terra range. Awesome if your brother can make one, otherwise I can sort it out for you when I get back.
  2. I know someone who knows Ivan at ti Point quite well I think. I'll have a chat to him about this and will let you guys know if i get any info.
  3. mine uncapped. lmsmith, surely they monitor what you download at uni? Care to share any secrets?
  4. Capped    last time I checked I think we were sitting on about 7000kb/s without ADSL2. Living basically outside auckland hosp helps I guess
  5. Mean, good luck with the move and no probs
  6. As far as I understand, the old manager of jansen's (when it was still jansen's) didn't think that it was making enough money. Well that's basically the jist that I was told :-? You've been out of the loop for a while then aye? It's been closed to well over a year now
  7. Mean. Cool pic. It looks as though buddy is starting to colour up nicely!
  8. Thanks for the info. I have been given a contact number for a lady who breeds locusts, so I'll give her a buzz.
  9. cool, thanks for that. Why are mealworms not a good thing to feed them while they are young?
  10. Yea I thought they were going to be a bit bigger too. What did you feed yours when you first got them bulldogod?
  11. Cheers thanks for that. Ok i'll hold off on the waxworms for now. What about wingless fruitflys as small prey? I can get them pretty easily. Yea i don't plan on handling them for the first month or so.
  12. No I haven't had them before, but yes I do know what to feed them, and do look after them at work (nothing of this size though). I have a culture of mealworms going so have plenty of smaller meal worms I also have some wax moth larvae. I had a long chat to the breeder when I picked them up and this is what he feeds his babies. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.
  13. Me and my flatmate got our bearded dragons today! They are about a week old and are so cute! They are in a tank made by greg which is 4 foot x 2 foot x 2 foot. My flatmate called hers puff and i called mine charizard. Charizard. Puff. Charizard. Puff on the tip of my thumb. Puff Charizard And could charizard be showing signs of being a male?? :bounce:
  14. Mt Eden has two aswell. Haven't heard that one before...can anyone enlighten? I didn't know it was possible to sex turtles at that size?
  15. sounds like it would be alright to me
  16. Possibly dwarf sag as ground cover and possibly green tiger lotus for the lilies? You could also try running a DIY yeast CO2 setup. They are pretty cheap to set up and generally work quite well.
  17. I'd also recommend Juwell tanks. The light hood is also completely water proof, so if it happens to fall in the tank, all will be good (except for possibly cracking the bottom of the tank ). I also like it how the heater is contained in the filter box. Keeps things nice and tidy IMO
  18. Never tried one but they look pretty sweet. It's cool how you can run the filter uptake through them! Jager is my brand of choice although i have never had any issues with the aqua one heaters I have used in the past.
  19. I'm keen. It would be quite cool hanging out with fellow fish geeks occasionally
  20. Your a ninja with the camera!!! The tank is looking pretty awesome. That pic of the xenia is fantastic
  21. Very nice dude! I'm going to get some more plants for mine today. Very impressed with the growth! well done
  22. Gah, no way!! Best of luck with the recovery process
  23. Did you get the fan working in the end? Is it possible to see pics of what you've got going on in there?? Nic
