K. I got it from a river so its probly pine.

Hiya guys. I picked up a peice of driftwood in taupo. I ahve broken abit of it and the inside is still dry. and isnt water loged quite yet. My question is "Is the peice of wood to new and will it seep sap into my tank"?

hahah ausome. that means. That if they are fullying up are getting new water conditions temp etc. and they havent seen the male in a while this could end well very quickly... The big females fulling up?

hahah yea. I found the easiest way is to chase them around and when they go up the tank wall just scoop from under them. But they are lil monster's to catch. I end up getting realy angry and walk off.

Yea. Im in new lynn(auckland) So a trip to holiwod takes what 30mins. And i just put them at my feet and cover them with my jumper to keep them warm and also in the dark so they dont freak out.
