SeargentSkull
Black flounder, anyone ever tried keeping em? Is it legal, if it is what would be the care for them, saw them on the niwa website because my mum works there and I'm always on the websites. I love flounder :bggrn:
livingart
Can only keep them if you have a constant supply of live food, can be hard to get them to eat frozen foods
alanmin4304
I got a few baby ones in a previous life while hooking blackworms out of a river. Since they were there pigging out on the blackworms I figured that would be good food for them. Kept them alive for a couple of years until a string of hot norwesters killed them off with theat. They are interesting to watch as they cling to the sides of the tank like sucking cats.
kiwiraka
I think they follow the same min size rules as grey flounder? So you'd need to start with big ones in a big tank?
