zuri08
did you research discus first?
TenyTinyKaz
Do correct me if I am wrong but, everything I've heard would discourage me against keeping those Tetras with Discus as they are fin nippers and the Discus with their nice fins are slower moving, I have never owned Discus but I have seen first hand what Neon Tetras do to Angels. I am interested in keeping Discus myself and am in the research stage atm.
ratbag01
my neons r fine wiv my discus and my tank is 350l
snookie
i always thought Discus needed higher temps than Neon tetra, Cardinals would be a better option...

alexyay
Are you planning on upgrading? That BGK is going to get big.
Adrienne
If you research on google Discus compatibility you will get any number of fish suitable to keep with discus. Cardinals, while more expensive can handle the higher temperatures, neons can not. You will lose a lot more neons which in the end will cost you more than cardinals. David R
cheaper than discus though and probably cheaper than replacing your school of neons every few months...
