SamH
It looks like GSA or green spot algae to me. Takes ages to grow but when it does, it's hard to get off. Is that a slow growing plant by any chance?
Dr A
Looks like an Amazon Sword leaf?
shell
Does it look yellowish or is it just the photo? Maybe look at measuring your macro's? It could be micro's - but I'd have thought the flourish would take care of that.
WillskE
its yellow ish, im not sure what plant it is but its really big
Ghaz
It looks like a marble queen sword. Crank up the lights and it should marble up a bit more. The brown spots could jus be algae. The lower leaf In pic looks like it has a slight Mg or K deficiency but hard to tell. Can u wipe off the brown spots or does it look more like leaf decay. WillskE
cant wipe off the brown spots seems like its in the leave, and the hole is getting larger on the tip of that leave
alanmin4304
Is it mouses ear? (Serurus cernuus) It does not grow well submersed, particularly when a well developed plant.

phoenix44
Use flourish comprehensive. It may help if your lights are good.
Adrienne
If you got it from the discus tank its Argentensis (think thats how you spell it) Sword. It was a tall plant, will need lots of root tabs around it.

Godly3vil
It might just be adapting to its new tank environment which is probably different than what it has been grown in. I would just leave it for awhile and see if new leaves develop the same symptoms and then worry about fixing the issue.
WillskE
update* the leaves now look like this, the brown algae like stuff doesnt come off at all and quite abit of green spots building up also, i heard greenspot is cause of lack of phosphate? how would i add more? and without making another post why is my xmas moss seem like its drying up? its just lost alot of volume over the weeks
