Duncan7 Posted September 5, 2012 Report Share Posted September 5, 2012 Going back to page 2 or 3 with regard to the SPCA and fish, i have been involved in the SPCA removing large fish from a persons overstocked, under-filtered tank and re-homing some of them with me, so they obviously have some authority when it comes to inadequate enclosures or care with our fishy friends.
