Bilbo Posted December 15, 2010 Report Share Posted December 15, 2010 Sometimes a science lab can buy it in bulk or in concentrated (possibly dry???) form ready to make up but I still can’t imagine ever getting through a litre. If you are getting that much fungus then perhaps the water is wrong? Alder cones or even dry Camellia (Camellia japonica) leaves are a good natural anti fungal / anti bacterial agent and they are free. ryanjury Posted December 16, 2010 Report Share Posted December 16, 2010 I have 30-40 tanks and only have a small bottle of the stuff I have had for ages, I would probably look at other ways of doing it too, if you are just hatching eggs then stick them into a smaller tank so you use less of it..
