phrog
Its a brilliant method of training. An urban art. It really looks stunning when done properly. If there is anyone in Palmy or near Palmy that want to give it a go, hit me up and I'll give details of our training seshs Reptiles/amphibians and parkour are a good combination . Somehow my work doesn't come into that category hmmm.... :-? :-?
