bdspider Posted January 28, 2008 Report Share Posted January 28, 2008 I think they're kinda cool, but would be hard to do water changes - too low, so getting the siphon started would be a challenge. + it's kinda mean for the fish to be in a tank that's constantly being banged against. As it is now, with the 2 tanks downstairs in my apartment and the entertainment unit, I can't really change my livingroom around too much and I HATE THAT! Cricketman Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 all that would take is someone to forget its there and boot it and itll all be over... plus that amount of glass at a low level would seriously injure someone if they fell onto it, normal glass cofee tables are bad for it, buit that would cause some incredible damage / death.... subzer0 Posted January 30, 2008 Report Share Posted January 30, 2008 i think they are cool however don't think you would use it for a coffee table more of a show piece for your knick nacks (ie junk) you would have one if you have kids running into it however should be good for keeping small babies entertained.
