Casper Posted June 4, 2007 Report Share Posted June 4, 2007 Have 1 300w juwel heater in our 310ltr tank, cranked right up to the max about 32deg if memory serves, yet the temp in the tank is only 25deg, do i need more than just the one heater to keep this puppy warm or is it just located in the wrong area? (we have it sitting in the back right corner sitting straight up and down) im hoping the heater is not broken because we only purchased this a month ago, and its only been used for about a week now :-? any ideas? alanmin4304 Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 Many of the heater/ thermostats on the market are very innacurate. I have a couple that range in settings from 18 deg up but will not go down below about 25 deg. You get the top product for the top dollar but they still have a fair variation .
