Layton...No not aps. Call MEDCHEM in mT Albert Auckland. They deal solely in medincinal grade chemicals from Checzoslovakia, (I hope I spelt that right)!!!. The grade is superb, But Im not sure if they have credit card option. You may have to send a check or direct credit them first. If you call 815 2970 and ask for Paul Edwards and tell him you were recommended by me, (Craig) for Calcium and MG for your aquarium use. They sell only by the 25KG bag at around 5 bucks a KILO. If they dont want to help you, let me know, I will purchase it and organise courier. I will charge for my service for this as I dont have enough time to fart at the moment! The spec sheets are available from them and they are around 108% pure. (Not sure how that works). This stuff is the most premium grade you will get in australasia. A few aucklanders are now bying direct too...Fay as far as I know plus a couple of others.

    The TEST!

Well I woke up this morning and was about to head out the door when I thought... "I better check the tank". Lucky, as I noticed my "Cracker" valve was not coping with the outflow. It was not overflowing, but my emergency pipe was under the water line and taking the excess. I started to open the tuning valve but nothing happened. Then I checked and found my pesky large snail in the hole of the "Tuning valve"! The emergency valve had done its job and rescued my floor from overflow. BE WARNED, emergency valves are IMPORTANT!!! (The snail was 80% blocking the hole and I still didnt have a disastor).

  15. make sure its PVC glue though ay?
  16. If you are talking about PVC pipes, just glue to the inside of one surface, then the outside of the other and push in and rotate a little. Hold there for 30 seconds and it will have fused.

you need to do about 4 x 50% water changes over a week. That will sort it.
  18. too larger pics end up slowing th site down. especially for dial up users. the Image resizer is so simple, the boil on my butt could do it.
  19. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/down ... rtoys.mspx Hey duke, go to the right hand side of this page and download the "image resizewr". It will allow you to resize JPGs etc to smaller files in the same directory. Works great. CRaig
