O.K. that’s fine I have blown that crap out of my rocks vacuumed the sand and it took me all day on Wednesday. I run an AP850 Deltec two big streams to 1000ltrs and I have been feeding twice a day dry in the morning and meaty at night far too much I think. Have cut back to once a day alternating dry with meaty but still the same amount at each feed just the times per day has changed what do you think? P.S Apart from the fish waiting for the food at usual time they don't seem to be that hungry still feed the tang half a sheet nori in the morning.

Had the fish feeding subject, I wanted to know your habits on feeding corals and what you use. Should I feed my corals while my nitrates are running at 25 I feed them once a week at the moment. One ampoule of reef booster once a week

It doesn't cost much to get the airforce to dry it out but hang on I didn't invite them in for coffee

I have big windows and since I am home all day I use them, I run a dehumidefyer in the hall out side the bathroom.

Well I obviously over feed how can I tell, my nitrates have gone through the roof have cut back big time two times 200ltrs = 400ltrs water change to 1000ltrs did nothing to correct the problem.

My cyano seems to be under control at the moment, have done a couple of water changes (nitrates are through the roof at the moment) made my own fish food with the mincer and over feed (dummy) anyway I slightly increased Vodka dose went from just once a day to twice a day and increased my Alk to 12.50 matched the calcium at 450 because I read that if your nitrates are high raising the above helps the corals with their needed up take. Don't know if it was the rise in Alk but hay presto the cyano has gone. Also I have noticed I mainly get it where I have touched the rocks with my hands.

Yes she is a big girl doesn't show in the pic, She has a mate and they lay eggs regularly. Her anemone is only a foot away from the Nemos and if she goes to visit the Nemos boot her arse its is so funny to see these little fish send her home. She also shares the space between the other clowns both sets can go into this space as long as they don't go to close to each others anemones, otherwise they will give each other a gentle reminder who live where. All in all I would say they all get along very well but then my tank is 2.7long. I have had more trouble with her ripping skin off my hands than hurting other fish, when I was rearranging things once my hands ended up raw from that tart.

Yes I bought them together years ago so they are mates, the only problem I have had with them is they think the two corals below are a meal on a plate and attacked them and just wouldn't leave them alone, that's why they are in my cube tank. Strange how they don't touch my other bubble brain they don't seem to fancy.

The coral in the photo is one I have and it has done the same thing, I thought it was because I moved it to high to the light and burnt it. It is growing back very slowly. I moved it to the cube tank where it gets a bit of natural sun light ( when the sun b>> shines).

Smart I have found it quick and easy to use also found out that I only have 1000 ltrs net not 1300 like I thought.

Sorry don't know then I haven't had enough experience with hard corals yet to help so I will leave that one up to the others, are all your other corals ok
