Where do you get them?

The female in the first picture sometimes develops a large black spot and her tail gets a black edge and she chases the others round. Is she trying to spawn?

Also don't get flakes get pellets.There are different sizes according to the size of the fish

Wardley is a better brand of food but New Life Spectrum,Omega One,JBL and Hikari are better.

Got my tank today :happy2: it's 183x61x61 so 680 litres.Dad thinks I should do a sump so could anyone give me some basic designs for a good sump.

I'm pretty sure they need to be about 11cm to breed but I don't really know much about cichlids

So is nls ok for newly hatched fry to about 10mm fry?

When they are free swimming can I just feed them microworms until the're ready for whiteworms?
