wow. do you do anything with the water? I am asking as i have a blue kids shell outside full of slimey green water, i never thought about useing it for a food source. do you remove any algae or throw it all in?

thank you and I will. I just figure there is more then one thought on that particular issue and all options should be used and discussed -
so just to confirm this, you guys have containers outside with water in them and scoop out whatever nasty stuff is in there for food? no cleaning or concerns about introducing bad things to your tanks or anything?
