I am currently looking at adding a L-168 Pekoltia Pulcher to my pleco collection. The only thing currently stopping me is that I only keep african cichlids and I wouldnt like to keep one in with them if they are really unsuitable. Has anybody had this sort of particular plec in with africans before? I have had a look on planet catfish and throught this site, but currently hacnt found any yes or no answers for the issue. Why would you drink alcohol because you are thirsty? It has the opposit effect. I dont think its to get a certain level of smashed, I think its to get a certain level of socialising that is the origanal force, the smashed is a by product. negative or positive by product is up to the individual drinker and individual beliefs

$20 gets you a good quality generic beer if you shop around. Also its not just teens doing it, a huge group of people do it in NZ. its just that the media pick on the teens/youth so its there problem not the country as a whole. In saying that breaking the cycle now will help future generations

well said livebearer_breeder. the power thing is spot on rite! its all about power and control. I may argue the last point, the world may currently be buggered and yes some American familys were in power at the rite time, but I think we are going threw a change of power age as we speak, europe is crumbeling there time is over, America is destroying them selves in two decades they will be nothing. The Asian nations are up and coming, they are beging to have the power and control. Serveral decades from now they will be the super powers of this world more so then what they already are.

:sml1: I will touch some wood to double your odds. Are you refering to prescription meds for illegel use or legitamite use? Because again they are easy enough to come by in any situation, there will always be a user out there somewhere that knows exactly what to say to get what they want from a doctor for either there use or to sell to the public. Same with legitamite use, its still rather easy to get hold of, we live in a western society at the end of the day and "west is best" when it comes to meds. there is always alternatives but most doc's are pretty quick with there pen and pad. For instance I told my doc I was becoming stressed, feeling pressured, low energy and couldnt sleep all due to study pressures ( self diagnosis) she quickly went to write me a prescription for anti depressents. I just laughed and said no thanks I will go outside and play more cricket, problem solved within a week or so

a search for the alcohol reform bill will tell you the answer. I did a paper on it last year but cant remember the numbers sorry. and it caused me major headachs last year so dont fell like dredging all over again. either way the numbers were in the billions

Yeh but there is so many variedables with blood alcohol, one persons tolerence is diffrent to another, hence why excess doesnt work. A daily alcoholic can drink up 2 bottles of mid strength spirt throughout a day without any visible effects, where someone who doesnt drink may have 6 beers and be rolling round drunk. 6 beers isnt excessive I dont belive but the effects would seem so in this senario. Which is why defining excess is hard. Also why the land transport uses the you can have xx amount per hour only as a guideline as everyone is diffrent

Defining excess is the main in that. ONes person's tolerance is much diffrent to others, you cant just put a blanket number over it
