hey guys and gals just got back from a holiday in figi off the coral coast and saw the tropical fish down there while snorkelling hey they were magic alsorts of fish and colours

im off to figi next thursday any fishies places i should go to iam going whahoo fishing and diving but any tanks to see ?

can anybody tell me if there is any way to test water for chorine

well as i thought he was coming good i lost him last nite turned his fins up but he battled for nearly a week that was 3 in one week i still have my big one but i dont want to get him any mates for a bit but i dont want him to worrie himself to death

seachem will not disclose that this product will cure anything yet until they can get the copy wright on it

flourish excel is great stuff cleaned my tank out of blackbeard algae but it is not cheap and it took me 2 bottles to do it

auckland needs a decent fish shop out east and i mean a fish shop not a pet shop

well i managed to get some cure ex from hollywood and it in the tank its now sunday and loach is still going and trying to swim properly but is looking healther rechecked my water and ph was a little down so fixed that as well

well the melofix did no good he is still going just but now one of my other little clowns is doing the same thing i a my wits end here now :roll:

ok went to jansens they did not have any they suggested some tabs but needed to put fish into dif tank but suggested mabe it was only one fish try the melofix

cure ex ? he is still alive but slowly going on to his side now breathing is still fast need to do some thing quick if im gonna save him he is around 2 years old now and quite big all other fish including clowns are ok no signs of anything wrong with him

you can put them any way you like its just the way they are factory assembled

one thing i have noticed his gills are going like ninety

looks like im going to loose another one he is in the front of the tank trying to swim but just keeps bouncing up and down nothing has changed all other fish are ok

hollywood also have a range of bowed glass fronts dont know what cost tho

sheez if i could only get a tank like that up and running i would be pleased i must ask someone in auckland if i can come around and see their tank

hey guys had a problem this morning with one of my clowns he was out during the day and very slow moving i have not done any water changes in at least a month so came home today and did my water tests every thing ok except my ammo one came up clear in the test tube i have now done a 50% water change and have added ammo lock to it am i doing it right ? i was told the the clowns will notice it first ?

interesting dubbie i put some in awile ago but the fish knocked them back abit but mine seem to be dyeing as well going brown i have not been giving them any plant food tho
