    Theres nothing wrong for the parents to eat the eggs it's natural for them to do that, you can try turning off the heater if you have a spare maybe you could use that. It takes time for them to get to the stage where they actually look after their young, goodluck with the breeders.

    today checked on tank to give a water change and noticed little white spots growing on 1 of my discus and 3 of my clown loaches. Iv'e had my clown loaches for 2 years with no problems, then added 2 baby discus last week given to me by a friend. My questions are through anyone that have experienced whitespot what are the best ways to treat both fish andthe tank, how much should i give water changes to the tank, cheers..
