i made an acrylic tank 30cm x 30cm x 60cm from 12mm sheet a couple years back.i used acrifix 192 to glue it all together. turned out mint. if edges are prepped properly it will be crystal clear once glued. a LOT nicer looking than silicone especially on a small tank.
