    Snails

http://www.bubblesaquarium.com/fish_Invertebrates.htm I found those (please ignore the shrimp in it lol I know they look awesome but I'll never get my question answered then) and was wondering if we could get either the blue or zebra Mystery Snails in NZ.... and if we do who has them?? :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
  4. Where you would import them from really depends on the cost of everything, and/or if you have sources where you can get them from ect ect I also have a list of diseases FW shrimp get if you need it.... EDIT: I am keen for them

    Chocolate Zebra

L270 I need it more , you dont even have a proper setup for them
  10. there not mozzies as they dont bite or eat and only last a few days as adults, I think i might have some eggs in with my damselfly larvae so im guessing theres tons of them in the bottom of my pond lol and mozzies/mozzie larvae are completley different to midges and their larvae The cases are what the larvae live in as well

    Chocolate Zebra

You should see my 'want' list lol I think I want some of these if i get my amazon tank :-? (not the snails )
  12. I reckon the first one is the larval stage of a non-biting midge(A bloodworm is one), seeing as they live in tubey things (for need of a word :-? lol) eat sludge, rotting vegitation, soil and sewage they will turn into pupa eventually so you could try sticking some of the muck into a icecream container, ect and then see if you get any midges I dunno about the 2nd one though...

  21. nice pics might try and get a few of ours, being 2 auckland green geckos and a forest gecko
  22. depends really on how clean the source is that you can get them from, you don't really want them eating diseased snails... it would probably be better if you bred your own snails, like apple snails or ramshorns
  23. I would get something else to heat the water then stick the bucket in that , and not use the cave
  24. Haha you could probably get them to spawn it it lol, then try going down to briscoes or something and getting a big plastic storage container and sticking the bubbas in there....
  25. do you know his age? the usually stop being so productive once they're around a year old
