They sound perfect Maybe I'll leave it for now. See how the guppies get on too. P44 sent me a diffuser today, been sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the CO2 to push through :lol:

Now Mum's complaining I don't have any feature fish. Does anyone have any suggestions for larger and more colourful fish? Must coexist with female fighters, guppies, lampeyes, clowns and BNs.

It's likely silicone tubing for the CO2, I've only seen it in black and blue unfortunately

Thanks Joe 8) Yeah, sucks when fish die, even more so when many die. Bristlenoses are very tough fish I've found.

I have checked all the floor around the tank, I've blocked off the sides of the stands especially so cat can't jump up. She loves drinking from the open tanks but shows no interest in the fish themselves :lol:

I am sad to say that all is not well with this tank Algae has slowed down but remains on many of the leaves and I am missing two of the Clown Killies with a third that has dropsy. On top of that, one of the lampeyes had a raw and open sore on its gill and died last night. Here's some photos of the tank, plants are growing well. Thanks

I have Clowns and Lampeyes in with 3 guppies, BNs and some female fighters. They get along fine in a 108L open tank, no jumpers as of yet.

Smashing the CO2 up with the filter is another option. Then again, if you put heaps of CO2 in then you won't even need a diffuser :lol:
