Oh gosh i got told on the uk forum some of them look like they have been nipped ! they are only with cat fish but they were in with platys and neons before ! anyone know if they are nipped or they meant to look like this hehe :bounce:

this one looks ugly but is nice heres my flamingos they look like they are getting swords on their tails also I have about 60 or more babies again !!! i found the half back ones came out with the nice checked tails so i will be keeping those this time to see But gosh my girls are like baby making factories !!! hahaha

Here we go and i will pop 2 pics of my tanks at the end for alanco to see And alanco wow your got some nice colours there mt8 im getting a lot with crown tails as the fish are getting better the tails are getting more raggered lookin this is one i bred its tail is checked and its body is bright coloured sorry my pics sux this one has like a hook sword tail?? another one i bred, his tail is huge !!!!

how long does a guppy live for one of mine died but i had it about a yr and it was full size when i got it. Also I was tolded i have a crown tail guppy, which I cant find, but i have noticed some of the ones i have breed have crown tails. Are these worth more??? I have about 50-60 babies i need to get rid off as they are in a 22 litre tank I have an old 2 foot tank i was gonna turf out, but I aint settin up another one i cant I already have 4. I am going to keep the good ones as I got some with checkered tails. Also whats the best way to get pics of them to put up here they move so fast !!!!!

:bounce: all is well one my snake skin guppy died but I had it for nearly a yr and it was full size when i got it so id say old age !!!!! Mind you i got at least 60 babies i dunno what to do with them the tank is only 22 litre i keepin a few of the blonde ones and ones that are half back as i got some with checkered tails last time oh i better not high jack again !

hi the ammonia seems to be fine my friend tested it twice i have cut my feeding right down and doing tank maintence once weekly

Ls smith they are all happy and i only give a pinch and feed bottom feeders 3 times a week Say if i feed them dried worms one day thats there food for the day??? I just brought a new tank i think i need a good slap thats 4 mind you my power was only 109 dollars this month and I use 2 comptuers watch heaps of movies something always on stay up late bla bla hehe And caper oh thats what it is Now i have about 40 baby guppies to find homes for again grrr This time I am keeping them till they are bigger hehe

thanks caper I have cut down to one small feeding a day and then i will miss a day out here and there They are so hungry now lol but im not falling into that trap I had the water tested again and its fine i am going to be careful and clean tanks every saturday its a bit daunting when you have four but if you do them as you go its not so bad

cam both my tanks are heavly platned I have indian ferns galore honesty there must be at least 30 of them they just keep growing My tank with the ammonia prob is about 60 litres or more its a jebo half circle It has 2 small aqua one second hand filters this is the one i have the ammonia problems with So i will get a 1200 ltr an hour filter that should help aye The guppy tank has a filter in the hood and also at the moment i have the fluval in there as i just set the tank up transfered everything over Adodge can you answer me email I dont know what you mean by the guppies were they no good?? All mine are ok or was it coz there was snails in there i did telll you about them

thanks adodge i promise i will do them on saturday and half the water is that ok how are the baby guppies Ps the guppies have a 90 litre tank in my room now how many can i keep in there??? NOW your an expert, how much should i feed daily half a table spoon less or more? and 3 times a week for the bottom feeders?? I lost 2 plays the rest are ok including your fighter i would be so uspet if he died

hans yes i will stop over feeding and i was started doing my water changes fortnightly NOW i will do weekly as the tank was so dirty the gravel etc ty and adodge your fighter is cute he has a fat tummy now he like me lmao :bounce:

:evil: I tested the water in my communty tank the ammonia was 0.5 nitirate is 0 and ph 6 I did a half water change today and gravel clean and cleaned filters in bucket out of water from tank I have one fish that is laying there dying what do I do with it??? Its a platy laying on its side The rest look ok I dont want them to die Its my fault I have been over feeding again twice daily Is there a measure i can get say like a 1/4 teasoon so i dont over feed? Also i set up a new tank today and transfered all the water to it etc I have the old filter in there going, is it ok to have the one on the top running as well this is the filter that came with the tank Thanks in advance Ps i dont have a test kitt my ran out will it be ok if i ask someone to test it again in a few days?

:evil: AMONIA AGAIN grrrrrrrr took the water to my friends she tested it !!!!!!!!!! it was 0.5 !!!!!!!!! too much feeding did a half water change and again tomorrow etc then i get her to test on monday I hope they gonna be ok ok i confess i went back to feeding twice a day i aint feed them today
