this is just my opinion and by no means a dig at any body but i think it is cruel to have axolotls out of water for extended periods of time just so they can "walk" around they do have legs and a tiny set of primitive? lungs but they are only supposed to morph if there environment is polluted or inhospitable again my opinion and thoughts the life of a morphed axolotl is apparently a short one and not a very happy one although as always there are exceptions to the rule again just my opinion

do you sell them heir? are they tiny cold water bug type things? are they much bigger than daphnia? not having much luck with my daphnia and was thinking about getting some water boat men thanks in advance

check out http://www.axolotl.org/ if i remember correctly they grow to about 30cm long if given the proper diet living conditions ect and can grow a little bigger or smaller depending they do not grow to the size of tank but still need room to hunt hide ect I have two adults male and female in a 4ft tank and its more than enough room for them am told i could get away with two more adults but choose not to If there are two adults in a tank together they should be fine just feed them one at a time at opposite ends of the tank if worried about them snapping each other H.T.H some1 correct me if i am wrong and enjoy

i've been told nothing....... to small end up as food to big end up nipping at there fronds? tropical species are out as axolotls are cold water species and nocturnal some one please correct me if i am wrong although as the saying goes every tank is different some can do it and some cant
