    I remember seeing fighters on Trade Me few years back going for a $1, never thought anything of them...now's it's a different story. Would love to try the fancy fighters going around but are a tad expensive, as lovely as they are.

    Thanks, the only worry with fighters is that they can take ages to develop...yes I would say that yellow is recessive against the red.

    No, not yet...if memory serves me right the Mum and her siblings were the same.....time will tell hopfully??? They carry their Mothers CT appearance which was what I was hoping for.

    Well, from my observations only 2 have been yellow and the rest are red. They all seem to just have colour in their tail but still is early days...the Mum was dark red in the tail and light red in the body...I would pick cambodian genes in there somewhere??

    keep in mind Varanophile that Customs have nothing to do with Biosecurity.

    I sell on TM and only charge what the postage costs me. Have considered cost recovery for the time and packaging materials involved but never quite felt right about it.

    Are you sure it was MAF and not Customs, the dark blue uniforms...whom "interview" passengers for such periods. What was the nature of the "interview"? I'm sure if you had done nothing wrong thn you have no real reason to be paranoid?

    These kinds of cats are quite sensitive to sudden pH change, as informed by a well known whip tail breeder up here in Auckland....can be sudden or over 2-3days apparently. Sorry about your loss. As for the Kulli killing your cats, that's total c**p, they are placid as and have over 8 of them and have never hurt anyone, I rarely see them. Unless, they were swimming about and stressed the cats too much? Bit far fetched maybe? My 5c thanks.
