    i posted a topic before wanting an aviary and there isnt many around so i will now ask if there is anyone who can build!!! i dont think if i built one it would withstand 1 night! i am happy to pick up (within reason) and happy to organise freight if i am unable to pick up (if its a cage i just cant turn down) so can anyone help????? please??

    hahaha, no not quite!!! but its like having a 2 year old!!! since there doesnt seem to be many people that have spare aviaries so.........is there anyone in the bay of plenty region that knows how to build? :roll:

    lets just say its not a bird. but something that needs to be kept in a cage to be safe!

    something about 160cm + height, 110 width and 70 depth (retangle shape). or there abouts. or a medium sized hexagon, octagon shape. i need a soild back and roof with good wire netting. can you help???? :roll:

    i am in need of a reasonable size aviary urgently. somewhere in the Bay Of Plenty region would be good. i can pick up. if any one can help asap that would be fab!

    apparently the whole country felt it. i rang mum at home in nelson and she felt and ive had a look on the earthquake website and all the drums through out nz have readings on them. we had one here in whakatane last night and it had a focal point of 0. if the one tonight had had a focal point of 0 we wouldnt be having this conversation!

    ive had tadpoles for about 2 months, finally go a froglet. has both sets of legs, looks more like a frog, it still has a slight tail, should i wait for the tail to totally disappear before putting it in the frog inclosure?

    yeah they are great animals, even though they are pests!!!! they have wicked characters!

    oh yay someone else who knows what its like to have one in the house. the one i used to have was a male: Elmo. he was pretty cool. really interesting animals even if they are pests! so is anyone out there willing help me? please? :roll:

    anyway....apart from mass killing of animals (pests or not) the reason for this post was if anyone comes across a baby possum i would like it. now when i say baby i mean small, but with fur. i do realise your not supposed to keep them as pets (been there done that). its for a polytech/science experiement/research. will not be released afterwards, will go to visit jesus and become a nice warm fluffy skin! can anyone help???

    ive also got a maiden hair fern and babys tears in my frog tank. anything ferny should be fine, as that where they hide in the wild....damp places, and what grows in damp places......ferns, moss and stuff!

    ive just got mine in a 20 l fish tank, and im just feeding them fish food flakes, and just giving them regular water changes, i had them shipped and i had 100% survival. for the first few days i kept them in a nice quiet place and slowly introduced them to household noise and movement and they are doing fine now. got 3 or 4 real fat ones, starting to sprout legs!!! YAY!

    anyone got some??? am willing to collect (within reason travel wise) even if it means a walk to a water hole or something...

    Is there anything that will get these off the tank? Anyone got a special mixture that they use? Any info would be much appreciated.
