I dont blame the thing for dying, for years he was in his tank on his own, with his tank covered in algae (just the way he liked it) then the new owners took over, gave his tank a major clean up, put in friends he wasn't to keen on. Poor thing would have been stressed.

Well I have heard that they haven't tested one person being negative of MTS since being diagnosed.

Welcome!!! I think you'll find you will suffer MTS {more tank syndrome}

My other option is try to breed electric yellow cichlids!

Thanks guys. After seeing Tsarminas sprogs I thought it would be neat to give it ago, so I guess now I have the waiting game, not to mention my female is only 3/4 of the male, so I guess she'll have to grow abit

Wow Tsarmina still heaps of bristlenoses, your tank must be spotless, I might have to grab some more off your hands.

180Lish tank, 10 neons, 1 x golden bristlenose, 6x corys, 1 piscus. I dont have anything to test the water. Yes tetra was dead.

Thats the reason my betta died!!!! He got real sick and I couldnt understand why, I blamed the tank and never used it again.

The same is happened to me, how are your angels now? I added a second one, and my 1st one is not liking it at all.

I have a previous post about a sick discus, but now its worse!! 1x sissortail tetra has had a massiva outburst in white spot (that went down the toilet and tank was treated) Our one angel silver with black spots had what looks like whitespot but brown on her. neon, corys, bristlenose are fine. Our green discus has lost his colour, appetite, and most of his sides has like white patches, kinda like hes been attacked (but he hasnt) that the corys are attracted to and kinda looks like the eat it or some-thing similiar as they do it very quick. Very worried, can anybody point me in a direction to maybe save them. Thanks
