Broms go buy the book "How to grow your business without spending a cent" by Justin Herald and give it to the manager and say you will be back in a 2 weeks and i hope all staff have read it. Should turn them around abit Its such a good book. Good read for anyone involved in customer service even if its at wholesale level!

I dont think more than 30% of people on here would have RCD's on their tanks gear. I dont have any RCD's on my tanks but use them with power tools haha

I assure you this is no joke. Note bold She is doing all 3. She has done displays, increased public knowledge on these fish and how important they are and she is currently finishing her book. How can she be more professional as you claim that she is amateurish? She has installed cooling in a room JUST for the fish As i understand she has permits for the mud fish and she is working with a university So whats the issue?

Correct She is studying them and not creating a exclusive collection. She knows most of the legality's regarding native fish and has been researching for years. Book is near completion i think. Now back to my Panda collection.

I agree. Live fish would be higher risk than other animals also? High risk = high return Most pet shops wouldn't have high turn over so they would have to have higher mark ups to stay afloat. Turn over would effect mark ups. Its not a simple number they pull out of their heads.....

How long have you had them? I got 11 of them 2mths ago and i have 2 left...last one to die had swim bladder problems and the rest died for a unknown reason

Last dat i saw sideways died within a week. Dont know what killed it. Just after that a knife fish turned up dead in the same tank....
