What you doing at uni wilson?

Im in Dunedin! Going to uni next year too

Im young, determined and knew what i wanted from my career. So i decided to work for the opposition with a great opportunity. It went ok for a bit then decided that it sucked. I left there after 12 months and went back to what i was doing before (now in Dunedin) and love it. Much better pay too. Ive also decided to go to university. My moral.. even if the job you decide to go to sucks another opportunity should open up for you. Most employers seem to understand staff leaving too I hate change but i hate being unhappy more

Mine do the exact same. I have about 7 goldfish in a 5 foot tank. May as well have a 2 foot tank :lol:

Ok cool ill try that All my goldfish think the algae tabs are for them Would it matter if the pleco didnt get that and just ate veges?

How do you know whether your pleco is getting enough food or not? I hardly see mine and he always misses out on the algae tabs I put in cucumber weekly but dont know whether he eats any or not

I got some today and feed them to him. He completely missed the ones he didnt see sink and didnt find the ones on the ground either Ill just have to make sure he sees them sinking

He is quite big so im guessing he has come out of a pond. He doesnt get chased or anything. I wonder if i should try some sinking pellets?

I got a new goldfish last weekend and he doesnt come to the surface to eat. All of my other fish are say 7-8cm and he is really big say 15cm. Every time i feed flakes he misses out so i have been putting a algae tab in at the same time. He then has to fight the other fish for the tab. What can i do to get him eating at the top?

I think there really cute Mines a female and might try find her a male soon
