Get a small 20L and a discus breeding cone. They lay so many more eggs on them!
Id let them spawn in the same manner as they just did maybe 3 more times before moving them into another tank purely for spawning.

Why not? Aslong as the end of the hose is below the tanks the syphoning should be easy :-?

I always wanted a "Monster Fish Keeping" experience of having a brown bullhead. But considering they only grow to about 30cm and the penalty is something like $100,000 I thought against it! Would probably get less attention if I kept the tank stocked with cocaine.
Try get a permit to have a sterilized one.

If I had a 300L ank I would not put 6 tiger barbs, 6 green barbs etc I would put a whole heap of the one species! These fish look brilliant when in a large group, instead of a few of each. They really show their colours and schooling behaviour then.
They could be meaning tiger barbs, and the green and gold varieties of tigerbarbs.

I have not had one of these tanks but haveing had a good look at them at my LFS I would say look at the Jewel.
The light hood on the Blue Planet seems a bit heavy and not the best set up available.
The Jewel on the other hand is light and easy to move if you need to.
The jewel is also probably double or triple the price of Blue PLanet tanks
