    I have a dozen or so dwarf chain swords you can have. I keep moving them and they are not that wonderful in my tank this time round.

    Let me know when you want me to send it to you.

    I think im gonna try find a E.uruguayensis and some Dwarf chain sword, and i already have a large osiris sword.

    Might consider Val if i cant get a uruguayensis.

    Also something like stargrass or greenpine.

    Im going to try keep the plants South american now too.

    Hubby, made mine out of 18mm MDF, we had 2 pieces of the 18mm MDF glued together at the sides, Front and Back of the Stand, then had it Lacquered in Black Gloss, looked fantastic when it was finished.

    Hmm, I can get MDF Quite cheap, and cut to size for free :o

    It would look nicer too! :)

    So i need to build a stand for my tank that just arrived, the footprint is 110cm x 50cm and it will hold around 240L

    I would like to make the stand like this one i made for a larger tank a while ago.

    Nice! Wat size and wats it for?

    Watch out fishies dont jump out the lid-gaps! lol! :lol:

    Its 110cm long,50wide and 45 high.

    And its for my south american fish ofcourse 8)

    The fish ive already got for it are A.Panduro, Cardinal tetras, embertetras, eques pencilfish and BNs and corys.

    Ok, so the big male died :o

    one of the smaller ones has dark patterning now,quite black, and a few other fish in the tank have like white patches on them.

    1 Cardinal has a white patch on its caudal fin, and my Big cory has a white thing on its nose, the white patches stick out a bit.

    ANy ideas? :-? :-?

    Tell me Ron, I had a comment from my cousin the other day, he keeps Marine Fish, he commented on how fast my Discus where breathing, can you give me any idea as to how many breaths they should be taking a minute, bit of a weird question I know, but this does have me abit concerned :-?

    Do you have an airstone?

    The oxygen levels could be too low
