Phallaceros Caudimaculatus(sp?) i usually only use the term 'leopardfish' when im in the livebearer section. -
Nigripinnis are the nicest killie available here IMO, and i hope i will be able to get some later on after i breed some other killies and join nzka

I was actually considering doing this, Divide my 50cm tank into 3 and put the virgin females in one part, the really spotty males in one and the males with the least spots into the other, to try and get mainly black ones and really plain ones. -

Mine breed, But i wouldnt say i breed them. All i do to help them breed is Clean the filter and do a waterchange once a month :lol: -

Went to animates today, and they had a new betta keeping unit thing on the wall with about 10 small tanks about 1L,2LMAX wiht male bettas, ALL sulking in the corner, And looked quited skinny. Had the fish been kept in Good water and good sized tanks i would have bought one. What a waste, they were quiter nice ones

What temp do you call tropical firefish? Mine are unheated, but would love them in my big new tank but its at 26 degrees :-?

What HaNs Said, they will die early if kept in Frehwater. Also they will or atleast try to eat the pygmy gouramis and cories(that like to be in schools)
