Also a question about plants, the ponds surface is covered by duckweed and has quite a bit of javamoss in it, I would also like something for the top,maybe a lilly? what lillys would grow in a pond in CHCH?

I have a glass cutter and have finally bought some glass. The glass is 5mm thick: 2 x Length 90.3cm Height 74.7cm 2 x Length 1m 20cm Height 90.2cm WHat else do i need to cut the glass? I want to make some small cubes(20-30cm) and some small tanks suitable for breeding killie and tetra.

Sounds alright, Make sure you clean your gravel well before it goes back in and make sure you leave your old filter in for a couple weeks.

The leopards are the same.And its not very good when atleast 90% of the leopards are male so the females het harasd

What filtration are you using on your horse tank?

What equipment would i need to keep seahorses? Skimmer,heater, filter?? I have a empty 2ft tall,45 wide hexagon tank here around 90L would this be big enough? Are there any tropical seahorse around?

AN with those other fish im thinking maybe they have koi angels? But also not the reatest mix of fish and the tank is very small.

I think they look like a colour morph, The parents spawned at 6cm and leopoldi are supposed to mature smaller and stay smaller. Maybe they are a natural morph?

Bow i cant even tell if the leopoldi from Errol are deffinately leopoldi.

I just got my P.Leopoldi and made me think how we are supposed to tell the difference between the 3 species.Scalare, Altum, Leopoldi. And came accross this. It shows you how to tell the difference just from looking at the head. 1= P. Altum 2.4= P. Scalare. 5= Leopoldi I think this is a good picture for identifying if your species is what you think it is. I just found some red Alternanthera reineckii roseafolia growing jery well under my javamoss in my leopardfish tank, THis will do and its from SA.

Yes i need a dwarf. I already have the Bolivian Rams, And there is no reason not to have them is there? And no particular biotype right now, But the water will have tannins in it from Wood and leaf litter and the plants will be Stargrass,Bacopa, Hairgrass, Braz Micro Swrd, Dwarf Sag And other various Sword Plants. Oh and some sort of red plant.

The apistos i can get are smaller than the Bolivian Rams i am talking about. THese bolivians are quite tough.
