im going to be trying to breed some sunset dwarfs shortly , i have aquired a female that has as much color as the males , not like the plain silvers that i have been seeing. so hopefully the female fry will be full colored as well

another question.... if you have a pump that has twin outlets and you join them together to make one outlet is it bad for your pump or does it reduce the flow?

on the rare occasion that i have seen these they are 2-3 inches long , but planetcatfish say they grow over 12 inches has anybody seen them this big? what is their lifespan?

was in a lfs in wanganui and came across a tank with 1 of these swimmimg around in it , so i asked the owner was that one of the ge ones and she told me that it was a cross between a glowlight and a danio anybody seen these before?? it was definately orange like a glowlight and the rest was plain like a pearl danio , maybe a job for billany?!

there seems to be quite a bit of interest in the moss walls , and i have thought about giving it a go , has any one been successful with it? how about some photos ? please

i work for an engineering supplies company and our hose that is similar to nylex hose is rated to 200psi. im not a big fan of nylex type fittings have a look around and see how many garden hoses and fittings leak all the time. we also sell hansen fittings and they are good. perhaps i could arrange a discount for FNZAS members.

i looked into this a little while ago , there is a product called plastic canvas that cross stitchers use for making stuff , been plastic it wont rot and fall apart in your tank like fabric will. when i asked at the craft shop they told be it would be safe for fish tanks as well

are there any swordtails around that arent orange ? all the ones i have come across are orange , has the rampant breeding reverted them back to this color?
