the best way would be to insulate so the tank isn't loosing the heating applied. i would go for polystyrene sheets around the tank.

like most animals i would suggest using their stomaches to get what you want, if they associate you with food then i am sure they will be very keen to see you would they not?

i suggest you ahve a look at the spca, we got both of ours from there & it's great when you have a selection to choose from. pick the one with the biggest personality, the tabby we got is a scream. If he was human he would be a comedian.

i have never used oxygen when sending fish, just don't stick too many fish per bag & you'll be fine.

i would also be looking at who the dominant fish is & what stress he could be creating.

don't stress about it, you have not done wrong but don't shoot first & ask questions later. get the facts etc & let the process hapen, that's all you can do.

all this depend on the offending, if you stole a choco fish not much of a penalty will be handed down, if you de-frauded a government agency for millions then quite a few compulsory early nights are to be expected. the entry into other countries is determined by them, canada has tough laws regarding that, where are you planning on going?

yes totally. the tanks themselves are very much the same but the hood & cabinet are better. the reasons: aluminium hood instead of plastic & has gaps for canister plumbing etc which the AR's didn't used to have but may/may not have now. the cabinet has foil wrapped panels instead of the melamine panels which swell after a short time. i had a ar620T & sunsun at the same time, the sunsun i have had for almost 4 years now i guess & it still looks like new, the ar620 i got rid of because it looked terrible & broke twice. I had to amke a custom hood for the 620 when i wanted to put a canister on it to. the one major issue with the sunsun's are the light tubes availabilty but the people selling them should have spares. i bought spare tubes from the seller when i needed them. they have t5 tubes which aren't easy to get the plant growth types but that doesn't worry me at all as i have africans. i will always buy a sunsun over aqua one even if i have to pay more by but thats just my opinion.

wow, i have the exact opposite opinion. the 1 watt per litre generally applies, if you are getting a jager then the rated litres are quite different. A 150w jager is 200-300L & a 300w is 600-1000L.

i'm not saying enforce the gaurantee, i am saying use gauranteed silicone because the odds are it will last alot longer

if you use a silicone that has a long gaurantee then you are more likely to not have to re-silicone it until after that gaurantee period has passed so there's more of a chance it will last alot longer which would be nice especially with it being a pain to remove in the first place.

i have used mapei silicones for swimming pool tile grouting which had a long gaurantee which i cannot remember exactly what it is but it was 10 years or maybe more.

i have replaced fry that died that i have supplied in the past but that was only as i had more to give, i would be trying for a sensible & peaceful resolution.

i had a giraffe male that lost all fins & became "bob" after a bashing. I put him in a tank by himself & he came right over a few weeks or a month. Add some meds & the chances are he will be fine although they generally don't get the tail fins back to what they were.

that is rediculous really, not your issue IMO

you had them long enough to prove they were fine, i would not be refunding.
