    I have used them on two planted tanks and one African cichlid. One was a smaller 120L 2 foot tank (slightly taller and wider than normal 2 foot tanks) and it was good. The larger one was a 330L four foot, I used it with a t8 fixture and it was fine as well. Seems quite bright. You can dim it if you want and change colors. Was good on the cichlid tank as well.

    Pick up is from Papakura. I do go to the shore once a week so it's possible to pick up from there.

    Clearing a few other things out so have an Eheim 2215 filter, has a brand new impeller and shaft $130. Pick up is Papakura or I go to the shore usually once a week so can pick up from Browns Bay. Comes with media as well.

    Need to make some room so selling my 4ft tank. About 330L. measurements are 1220mm length x 460mm wide and 600mm high. You'll get tank, Aqua one double tube light (bulbs are only a few months old), gravel, Sunsun filter with built in UV, heater, big pieces of driftwood, fish and Java fern.     Could visit some of the fish shops like Hollywood fish farm and Pupuke aquarium. Not sure if there are any public display of African cichlids around.

    What kind of cichlids does he want? South American? Central American? South African?

    First five ingredients of the bottom scratcher Krill Meal, Insect Meal, Mussel Meal, Squid Meal, Dried Brewer’s Yeast, Dried Seaweed Meal. Wheres the whole krill, whole insect etc? I've always been told to stay away from foods that have meal after the first five or so ingredients and not whole. Is this wrong? I'm not bagging this food just wondering why everyone is raving about it and paying a premium price for something that doesn't have premium ingredients in it.

    I looked at getting some of this but got put off by the ingredients. Not much whole anything in it.

    Still looking? I have a dragons blood that I'm looking at getting rid of and a Aulonocara maylandi. The maylandi isn't coloured up yet as I have another big male but he is starting to. They are both about 7+ cm.
