Yeah I saw that. Mum used to take four goldfish out of their spacious 45x25x25cm filterless aquarium once a week, bleach and rinse all the gravel, plastic plants etc and put them back in. Those fish lived for damn years. I wouldn't be surprised if these people did the same!
