Things are sorted with the guy I got the fish off Its the original breeder and others who are still breeding them with their heads stuck in the sand, but not much you can do about that..

Were you talking about the first pic of the thread? I don't know if anyone else sees it but it looks a little off to me? I think it might be because of that reflection making the fish look slightly the wrong shape or if it is just me..

so it is a blue dolphin then? just asking as i have been offered the fry and some electric yellow fry for my new tank.

Have no experience with cichlids though, i may have to start reading up.

It is hard to tell what the fish is from the first pic, I had assumed blue dolphin but looks slightly off, can we get more pics of it?
