if i cross an albino frog with a normal will it throw any albino off spring? not to good with genetics lol

Not unless the "normal" has the recessive albino gene's

as far as i can remember from school the albino gene is recessive (weaker) and the offspring will have both albino and normal genes but offspring will all come up normal (unless normal looking frog already has albino genes)

then if you cross the young with albino parent you should in theory get a 50/50 mix of albinos and normal.

the young of a cross- green x albino- are guaranteed to be heterozygous and if you cross the young with each other 25%n will be homozygous green and 25% homozygous albino.
